- it's a fantastic time killer. Both as participant, and as voyeur big_smile
The rules are fairly simple. Download a sample scene. Do not modify camera. Grid plane must be present and preferably not modified. Main object must represent a sphere(oid) shape. And thats pretty much it.

*note : Due to amazing interrest in the first week since launch, the servers will have to move sometime these days, so lag and downtimes may occur. Bookmark it for later then...

Its the essence of the greatest, and most talked about moment in recent american tv-history. The Janet Jackson/Justin Timberlake tit-incident at the superbowl, boiled down to a sphere big_smile

Can't believe I've forgotten to comment on this until now. Frigging awesome work, when I start to not suck at 3DS Max I think I'll try to make an entry, but I really have no clue how to use it at the moment.

I have another one coming up, hopefully later today.
At some point, i'll also do a conversion of a lot of my works, targetted to various mobile phones, and put them up for download. I probably can't offer a download-from-mobile service like Jamba and the likes, but you should be able to fetch it from your phone, if it has internet.
I just did a 240x320 cut-down of the PanzerKugel for my own mobile, and it looks effin sweet on that screen.
- but that's a bit in the future still...

So - what resolution does your mobile(s) use (WxH in pixels)? Just so that i have some stats. My own Nokia 6280 does 240x320.

The new image is a trip back to the war theme.

yeah keep em coming.... i am afraid my mobile is way to old to support this kind of fancy thing, but i was wondering in how high a res you can render these? I guess it woudl take forever to render them in 1600x1200?

Oluf : Depends. Some are worse than others. Main problem is all the compositing i do in Photoshop - I'd have to redo that...
Might do it for some if i wanted to print them....

- new image is stalling a bit. Waiting for some annoyingly slow motion blur to render.....

Finally. It was that darned blurry prop that caused the hold up. Proper motion blur in 3D is so damn hard. I had to wing it (no pun intended) in Photoshop...
