I have like.. Completely no clue at all. So they're not human and worked in the same organization once.. That's nice.. If I had any idea at all as to what it was

I have absolutely no idea. It looks like a slightly recoloured Boba Fett with a shoulder-mounted Howitzer or something.
Maybe try giving us a hint as to where it's from?
Yes, maybe the next hint could be something that helps even if you've never seen that show.
The series are quite famous, actually. I'm absolutely sure they were published in English. You'd know what it is if I named the hero :) Two hints:
1. The hero's name is often confused with the name of the series.
2. The very first installment of the series was published back in 1987, and it's still going on.
And yes. He does look like Boba Fett with a shoulder-mounted howitzer.

Wheri, I think you may have found something incredibly obscure and paid attention to it for so long that you're one of the few people who know what it is. I have no idea, and I've never even seen anything remotely like that character outside of Boba Fett.
No, it's not incredibly obscure. As I said, it's in fact a well-known series. Almost everyone knows the name and can easily recognize the main character. The one on the picture is a minor character that made several appearances throughout the series, but had a bigger role in one of the last installments.
I think I can post the answer if no-one guesses tomorrow.

Here is the full screenshot as it was taken. Now at least the series should be easily identifyable.
I know the second character, but that's not because I'm familiar with the MMX series in any way; I know him because I used to read sprite comics. In any case, I still have no idea who Boba Fett is, so don't go thinking everyone has played a Megaman game.
From a quick wiki search I'd assume the game is MMX7, but that's about all I can find on the subject.
I also seem to have missed this lesson in general knowledge.

His name is Vile and he's a Maverick. A Reploid who's turned against the Maverick hunters. In other words he's a sentient robot turned villain.
2. Also, who is his main rival?
Mega man X would be the answer to this, I guess. Emphasis on guess
I'd actually bet on Zero being his rival, just because he's in that picture. But I've never played any of the games, so who knows.

The comic she appears in is a Sandman spinoff and named after her uncle.
Ye gads, now I have to think. I was a huge Sandman fan. Unfortunately all the comics went with the ex many years ago.
