If you dont mind digesting some academic language... in Danish... theres a great new book on Roleplay being published by Aarhus University Press. Well ok, not entirely new - its from june 2006 - but anyways...

Its an antology offering variuos different perspectives on RP, including an excellent article by Ulrik Lehrskov and Alex Uth - the latter being the former lead writer on SEED (in case you wasnt allready aware of that ).

I still have a lot of reading to do, but it sure looks promising. Next article will be about the "narrativity and interactive characteristics of computer games´ - I wonder if that includes mmorpgs...

Sorry to all you non-danish speakers out there - guess you have to learn the language or lobby your local publisher for a translation...
