Edited some more details into the ring descriptions (organizational structures, forming dates etc). The attitude on multiring membership will probably be removed due to negative feedback on the idea.

Finally got around to update the death indicators and ring sizes in the Ring Information section.

Added some stuff about the problems facing the colony.

Changed the lore so that the votes are public, to avoid TSR meddling.
