nice... and yeah that is exactly what i am thinking as well. What happened to the game industry? Doing the same thing over and over to get new phat lewt or get 10 xp is not fun in itself.... as is said in the artical, somewhere along the way the goal became more important than the journey... a shame

I was in from the stress test as well but didnt had much time to test it.

The start of the game is very good...the way the tutorial is made throws you right into the action. However after that there are a *lot* of "go here, kill x then return" type of quests.... On the positive side most(all?) of these quests do have quite a bit of story releated to them so if you read all the text its not as bad as it could have been. The way combat is, is a bit uninspiring as well
There are talk of makeing a RP server...if that happende it could turn out ok i guess

Roleplaying...being part of the story that was going on. Being able to have an effect on the story is what made seed very interresting imo... No other (computer)game I have played has had this aspect

I would love to come...anything later then 4th or 5th i most likely wont be able to come too however (exams + other meetings/parties to go to)

One of the seed devs did suggest a place... I cant remember it off the top of my head but i may be able to find their website again

lord of the rings online could also be an option

I will try Age of conan for sure...i only hope they manage to make the setting propper (as in, dark, "evil" etc)
